These are the X1 eXtreme Car Care Terms and Conditions which users of this website must adhere to.

You must not in any way cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must use this website for lawful purposes only.

Condition of Liability
This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. X1 are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies and is not responsible for any losses however caused. All content included on this website such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video clips and digital downloads are the property of X1 eXtreme Car Care. We are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws.

Alteration of Terms & Conditions
X1 eXtreme Car Care reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.

Whilst X1 eXtreme Car Care use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the contents of this Site are accurate and up to date it does not accept any liability for any omissions or for information which may not be accurate. X1 eXtreme Car Care reserves the right to change data, references and product specifications at any time. Manufacturers’ names and part numbers are for reference only. Illustrations are intended only to be representative of the parts offered and sizes quoted are nominal. The contents of this site are for general information and public relations purposes only and do not purport to provide advice, make any offer or otherwise create or lead to the creation of any legally enforceable relationship between X1 eXtreme Car Care and you.


No reliance should be placed on any statements made on the site. X1 eXtreme Car Care excludes to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability resulting from your access to the site including (without limitation) any loss, (financial or otherwise) or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any such reliance.
X1 eXtreme Car Care accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any other web sites which may be accessed through the site.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via Paypal. We will accept a cheque with a bank card number on the back for purchases within the UK. We will not dispatch any goods until the cheque has cleared with our bank – this can take between 7 and 10 *working* days. Prices do not include any taxes or duties when shipping to non EC countries. Please check with your country’s customs office for further details.
We deliver worldwide. We will only accept orders from outside the UK if payment through SagePay. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Please note – we are only able to deliver goods to the card holders billing address. We will not ship until the card payment has been “settled” – ie. the money has left your account and entered ours.

Damages/shortages must be notified to X1 eXtreme Car Care within 72 hours of delivery from us. The charge for delivery will be shown at the checkout stage before final submission.

Goods Not Received – Any goods that have not arrived at the specified destination on order must be reported to X1 eXtreme Car Care buy email/letter with 21 days from placement of order, otherwise X1 eXtreme Car Care are not liable to replace the goods.


Delivery Costs – The delivery costs for the UK are item specific. Each item description and the shopping cart indicates shipping and handling charges. Discounts for multiple items are applied in the shopping cart where applicable. Purchasing All items offered on our website are subject to availability.
To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the “Add to Cart” button shown on each product page Purchasing. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the Checkout button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons, your order’s data is not accessible via internet.
We keep the data in confidence according to our privacy policy. Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they are delivered.
Customer Registration
When you Register for an Account on this website, you will receive our X1 Monthly Newsletter, our Weekly car maintenance Tips & Tricks as well as access to our Quarterly competition. This information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be passed to any third-parties. X1 eXtreme Car Care adhere’s to the Data Protection Act 1998.
New items come with a 1 month warranty against manufacturer defect. Any items returned outside of this period will be sent back to the manufacturer for comment and no refund will be given until they have replaced the item. Warranties on items purchased via an affiliated link will be the responsibility of the supplier.


Faulty Goods

Faulty goods, where the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 1 month of purchase. Any returns outside of the 1 month will be returned to the manufacturer for comment and no refund will be given until they have replaced the item.

Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Any item for refund must be returned within 14 Days, in full packing and must be sent by a tracked method, eg. Recorded Delivery. After that time, faulty goods must be returned to X1 eXtreme Car Care at the customer’s cost and liability. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed at our earliest convenience and can take up to 4 weeks to show on the customer’s account.
30 Day Returns Policy
Goods may be returned to X1 eXtreme Car Care up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided that:
1. The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials.
2. The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer’s request.
3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced.
4. Items are returned by a tracked method, eg. Recorded Delivery.
5. We do not impose a re-stocking charge for returned goods from stock.
6. We ask that the consumer takes reasonable care of the goods and packaging prior to any return. Delivery and collection charges are not refundable.
